Emergency Service

Q.  I'm in need of after-hours Emergency Service, how can I get help?

A. Each of our nine branches has an emergency service beeper number and a process to ensure that you will be responded to within minutes of your call.  Go to the Locations page and select the branch nearest you.  There in the center of the page in Red will be the local emergency number.  Our emergency support personal will be able to assit you with your product needs, technical phone support, or on-site technical support if required.

Q.  How do I place an order?

A.  One option is to contact the Horizon Solutions branch office closest to you where a knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative will be more than happy to assist you.  Click here to find the office near you.  In the near future we will have our eSales option available for you as well.

Q.  How do I apply for an account with Horizon Solutions?

A.  The easiest means would be to contact the Branch Manager in the location nearest you.  Click here for a listing of all our locations and key contacts for each.  You may also download a copy of our credit application to be returned via fax.

Q.  Do I still need to login to the website?

A.  The good news is that for most functions you DO NOT have to login to our website.  However, registering and logging will enhance your visit to our site, by allowing you to customize what you see each time you come to visit our online branch.  We will be adding content over the next year customized to user logins.  Starting in April of ‘05 all your previous login/password information will be carried forward onto this new/improved site, however if you have not yet registered with us we encourage you to do so on the Home Page selecting the register option.
