How It Works
Our SIMS experts analyze your stockroom area to identify current use of inventory as well as obsolete and surplus material. Areas of duplication and substitution are uncovered. We review product usage and mutually set ordering controls. Each bin is labeled and bar coded with your part number, our part number, product description, location, and ordering controls.
On a routine basis, a Horizon SIMS specialist monitors stock quantities and orders replacements. Next-day delivery is available, but material is typically replenished the following week. Inventory levels and performance are reviewed quarterly and changes are made based your requirements.
